1: red bell-peppers 1 kg (deseeded and cut in very thin slices)
2: onions 1 kg (cut in very thin slices)
3: garlic 1 kg (crushed or grated)
4: ginger 1 kg (grated)
1: wash, cut, slice, crush, grate what ever is suitable for the vegetables, keep aside.
2: the main thing is that if you live in a country where the summers are hot as fire, then you are in luck, just cut the vegetables as i did n the video, spread the vegetables on a cotton cloth and place it in the sun, if the heat is to much then the vegetables will dry in one day, again depending how thin u cut the vegetables, once dried then place the batches of the vegetables in a grinder and grind to a powder (store it in a air tight jar in a dark place for 1 to 2 year and without any problem you can use these homemade powders for 1 to 2 years)
3: now if you live in a country where the summers are not that hot, then you can bake the vegetables in a oven on a very low heat, 110c, 225f, gas mask 1, cut the vegetables as shown in the video, place them on a baking tray with baking paper and place the trays in the oven (with the door slightly open, as this will make sure the moister in the vegetables dries completely) bake it till the vegetables are crisp and dry completely, depending on the oven how quick it dries the vegetables, (then grind and store in air tight jar in a dark place for 1 to 2 year, without any problem you can use these homemade powders for 1 to 2 years).
NOTE: JUST REMEMBER IF THERE IS ANY MOISTER IN THE VEGETABLES, THEN IT WILL GET SPOILED SO WEATHER YOU ARE DRYNG IT IN THE SUN OR OVEN, THE VEGETABLES SHOULD GET DRY AND CRISP.
