1: wheat flour 400g
2: eggs 4
3: salt 1 tsp
4: water as much required
5: my homemade pasta sauce.

1: place the wheat flour, salt in a bowl and mix.
2: make a well in the middle of the dough and add the eggs, mix it with a folk, and then use your hands to bind it to a dough, if having trouble combining then add water little at a time.
3: now dust the surface with flour and knead the dough for 8 minutes, till gets smooth, cover it with cling film and leave it for 30 minutes.
4: then dust the working surface with flour, divide the dough and work with one part at a time.
5: roll it as thin as possible.
6: cut in thin strips, leave it to dry for 30 minutes.
7: boil water add the pasta and boil it for 12 to 15 minutes or to your choice.
8: add 4 tbsp of oil mix it and drain the water.
9: your homemade pasta, spaghetti is ready.
10: serve with my homemade pasta sauce.
11: garnish with My Homemade Mozzarella cheese
FOR MAKING THE PASTA SAUCE:
1: cut a large onion and chop it, heat oil 4 tbsp and fry the onions till soft.
2: add boneless chicken 500g cut in small pieces with salt 1 tsp, crushed black pepper and cook the chicken till tender, on medium flame.
3: now add 1 cup mushrooms, 1 medium bell pepper, 1 cup sweet corn mix well.
4: add the homemade pasta sauce, mix and cook for 30 minutes.
5: place the spaghetti on a plate add the sauce and sprinkle cheese.
6: serve hot and enjoy.
NOTE: you can try to make the bow paste shape and ravioli as well, as shown in the video.
