1: potatoes as many required or 6 (slice finely)
2: salt 1 tsp
3: oil for deep frying
1: peel the potatoes and cut as shown in the video, finely and keep it water, add salt and leave it for 10 minutes.
2: then wash the potatoes till the water is clear.
3: drain and place the sliced potatoes on a cotton cloth, wipe it well and let it dry for 1 hour.
4: heat oil.
5: add the potatoes and then fry on medium flame till gets crisp.
6: remove the potatoes, place it on paper towel.
7: sprinkle chaat masala.
8: serve and enjoy.
Note: to make homemade crisp, slice really thin, dry it if possible, fry till crisp.
