1: cocoa powder 3/4 cup
2: icing sugar 1 cup
3: milk powder 1/3 cup
4: 3/4 Cup of unrefined virgin coconut oil/ cocoa butter/ vegetable shortening (any one)
5: almonds 20 (cut in half)
6: raisins 20
1: sieve icing sugar, milk powder, cocoa powder and mix well.
2: on a double boiler add the coconut oil and melt it.
3: now ad the dry mixture in the melted coconut, mix well till smooth, transfer the mixture in a jug (will be easy to pour in the mold.
4: keep stirring the mixture in add to the mold, add little mixture then add almonds, raisins, little more mixture.
5: keep in the fridge for 2 hours.
6: serve and enjoy.
NOTE: store it in fridge, can use till 2 to 3 weeks.
