Ingredients:
1: potatoes 1/2 kg (peeled & cut in cubes)
2: spring onions 1/2 kg (chopped)
3: salt 1 tsp
4: red chilli powder 1 tsp
5: turmeric 1/2 tsp
6: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
7: green chilli 3 (chopped)
8: cumin seeds 1 tsp
9: oil 5 tbsp
Recipe:
1: heat oil add cumin seeds, spring onions, green chilli fry on medium to high flame till gets little soft.
2: now add potatoes, salt, turmeric, red chilli, mix well add water 1 cup cover and cook on low to medium flame till the water dries and the potatoes soft.
3: add the dry dry fenugreek leaves mix.
4: serve hot with roti, paratha.
