Ingredients:
1: jaggery 1 cup (cut finely)
2: green cardamom powder 1 tsp
3: almonds 2 tbsp (crushed)
4: ghee for frying
5: dough to make paratha
Recipe:
1: mix jaggery, almonds, green cardamom powder.
2: make small dough balls, roll and add the filling, cover with the other rolled dough, press the sides and roll.
3: heat a tawa.
4: place the paratha and cook as shown in the video.
5: serve with butter.
