For Base:
1: Oreo cookies 245g
2: salted butter 100g (melted)
For Cheesecake:
1: homemade cream cheese or readymade 675g (3 cups)
2: whipping cream 473ml (2 cup chilled)
3: icing sugar 3/4 cup
4: vanilla essences 2 tsp
For Desco:
1: food colours 5 as much required (light blue, dark blue, purple, black, pink)
2: sugar sprinkles
3: food glitter
4: stars sprinkles
1: crush the cookies.
2: mix in the melted butter, mix well.
3: spread and press the cookie mixture in a 9 inch spring form pan, keep in the fridge to chill.
4: in a bowl beat cream cheese, icing sugar till smooth.
5: then add cream and beat till gets thick and stiff, then add the vanilla and beat again.
6: divide the mixture in 6 separate bowls.
7: add in the colours in each bowl and mix it well.
8: now take out the pan from the fridge and add in the cream cheese filling as shown in the video, take a skewer and make swirls.
9: top it with the sugar sprinkles, stars, glitter, cover it with cling film and keep in the fridge for 7 to 8 hours.
10: serve and enjoy.
