Ingerdients:
1: broad beans or fava beans 4 can 420g( Foul Mudammas)
2: onions 2 large (chopped)
3: tomatoes 3 large (chopped)
4: garlic 20 pieces (chopped)
5: green chillies 4 (chopped)
6: olive oil 1/2 cup
7: lemon juice 1/4 cup
8: cumin powder 1 tbs
9: black pepper powder 1 tsp
10:salt 1 tsp (heaped)
Recipe:
1: heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions and fry it till gets soft.
2: then add tomatoes, green chilli, cumin powder, black pepper, salt, mix well cook on high flame so that the water dries.
3: now add the broad beans, water 2 cups mix well cook on high flame, when comes to a boil, lower the flame to low to medium and cover cook till starts to get thick.
4: while cooking mash a little as well with a masher.
5: once it starts to get thick add the lemon juice mix well.
6: garnish it with olive oil, tahini paste and olives.
7: serve hot with naan, pita naan .
