1: Prawns cleaned 600g
2: White pepper 1 tsp or ( crushed black pepper)
3: Salt 1/2 ts
4: Soya sauce 2 tbs
5: Ginger garlic paste 2 ts
6: Corn flour 4 ts heaped
7: Flour 5 tbs heaped
8: Egg 1 beaten
9: Baking powder 1/2 tsp heaped
1: Coarsely chop prawns.
2: then mix White pepper, Salt, Soya sauce, Ginger garlic paste, Corn flour, Flour, Egg beaten, Baking powder in the prawns and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, make into balls, deep fry till light golden.
3: serve hot with sauce of your choice.
