1: Onion 2 medium
2: Dry flour 2 cup
3: Bread crumbs 1&1/2 cup
Batter:
1: Self raising flour 1/2 cup
2: Salt 1/2 tsp
3: Egg 1 beaten
4: Milk 1/2 cup (or as required)
5: Oil 1 tbsp
1: cut the onions in rings.
2: make batter with self raising flour, salt, egg, milk, oil beat it till smooth (can add more milk if the batter is to thick).
3: dip the onion rings in the batter, then roll in flour, bread crumbs and keep in the freezer for 1/2 hour (can also freeze and use when required).
4: heat oil and deep fry on medium flame.
5: serve hot.
Note: for best results keep in the freezer & then deep fry the onion rings.
