Recipe:
1: grind the cumin seeds.
2: mix salt with cumin seed powder.
3: cut the green chilli from the middle and stuff it with the cumin and salt mix.
4: heat the oil and add the green chilli with the cumin seed mixture and fry on low heat till the green chilli changes colour.
5: then add the lemon juice and fry till the liquid dries.
6: serve it with roti, rice etc.
