1: in a bowl add fish, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder mix well, beat the egg and add it in, mix well, cover and leave it for 1 hour.
2: heat oil.
3: add the fish, fry on high flame till gets golden, place it on paper towel.
4: sprinkle chaat masala.
5: serve hot with mint chutney, Roti Or Naan.
