For Chicken Marination:
1: boneless chicken 500g (cut in small cubes)
2: vinager 2 tbsp
3: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
4: garlic powder 1 tsp
5: salt 1/2 tsp
For Crumb Coating:
1: corn flakes 2 cups or as much required (crush it)
2: red chilli powder 1 tsp (heaped)
3: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)(heaped)
4: salt 1/2 tsp
5: garlic powder 1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
1: eggs 2
2: plain flour 1 cup
3: oil for frying
1: in a bowl add chicken and all ingredients under marination, mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: in a bowl crush the corn flakes and add red chilli powder, cumin seeds, salt, garlic powder mix well.
3: beat eggs.
4: plain flour.
5: roll the chicken in plain flour then in the beaten eggs and then the corn flakes, make sure to squeeze the chicken in the corn flakesso they stick it the chicken.
6: heat oil.
7: add the chicken and fry till gets golden on medium flame, once fried place it in paper towel to remove extra oil.
8: serve hot with fries.
NOTE: you can freeze the chicken once coated in the freezer.
