Recipe:
1: beat an egg and keep aside.
2: in a bowl add fish, salt, black pepper mix well and cover and keep aside for 4 to 5 minutes.
3: after 5 minutes dip the fish pieces in the egg, flour and bread crumbs.
4: in a pan heat the oil and add the fish to fry till golden, medium flame about 3 to 4 minutes.
5: then place them on the paper towel.
6: serve hot with beans, ketchup.
