Ingerdients:
1: HADDOCK (fish), 2. FILLET.
2: BLACK PEPPER, 1/2. Tsp.
3: CRUSHED RED CHILLI, 1/2. Tsp.
4: SALT, 1/2. Tsp.
5: LEMON JUICE, 1,1/2. Tbsp.
6: BREAD CRUMBS.
7: PLAIN FLOUR.
8: 4, SEEDED BUNS.
9: LETUCE, ONION, CHEESE SLICE.
10:TOMATO KETCHUP & TARTAR SAUCE.(check the link on the video for tartar sauce)
Recipe:
1: in a bowl add fish, lemon juice, salt, red chilli, black pepper mix well and set aside for 4 to 5 minutes.
2: then dip the fish in the flour and the bread crumbs, press the fish with your palms in the bread crumbs, this helps it to stick enough crumbs.
3: in a pan heat oil and fry it till golden, once fried place it on paper towel.
4: now heat a flat pan and warm the buns, spread the tartar sauce, lettuce, then fish, onion rings, cheese slice, ketchup, and some more tartar sauce on the other side of the bun.
5: serve hot with fries.
