For Marination:
1: chicken breast 1kg (cut in strips)
2: sour cream 1 cup (readymade or check the link on video)
3: fresh garlic 5 (crushed)
4: crushed black pepper 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: salt 1 tsp
For Coating:
1: Doritos 2 bags (i used chilli heat wave)
2: plain flour 1 cup
3: eggs 2 (can use more if required)
For Frying:
1: oil
To Serve With Aioli Sauce:
1: mayonnaise 1 cup
2: lemon juice 3 tbsp
3: salt 1/4 tsp
4: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
5: fresh garlic paste 1 tsp
1: in a bowl combine sour cream, garlic, salt, crushed black pepper. Add chicken and mix well. Marinate in room temperature for 3 hours.
2: in a bowl add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic mix well and keep aside.
3: crush Doritos using a food processor until it resembles coarse bread crumbs. Set it aside.
4: place flour in a bowl, the beaten eggs on a separate bowl and Doritos on another bowl.
5: coat chicken first in flour then in eggs and finally in crushed Doritos. Place coated chicken on a plate.
6: heat oil.
7: fry until chicken is cooked tender and breading is crisp and golden, on medium flame, then keep on paper towel to remove extra oil.
8: serve hot with the aioli sauce and enjoy.
NOTE FOR BAKING: preheat oven 200c, 400f, 6 gas mark.
1: Place coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes turning it on the other side halfway through the baking.
2: serve hot with the aioli sauce and enjoy.
