1: chickpeas 400g cans 2 drained (boiled or canned Kabuli Chana)
2: red chilli powder 1 tsp
3: hot Sauce 1 tbsp
4: dark Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
5: schezwan Sauce 2 tbsp
6: salt 1 tsp
7: plain flour 2 tbsp
8: cornflour 2tbsp
9: Red Food Colour 1/4 tsp
10: egg 1
11: garlic cloves 12
12: Oil 2 tbsp
13: oil for frying
1: in a bowl add all ingredients mix well, add the chickpeas mix well and leave it for 20 minutes.
2: heat oil.
3: fry the garlic on high flame, till turns golden and then transfer it in a plate.
4: now fry the chickpeas add one by one pieces or it will stick to each other, fry on high flame till the batter is crisp, transfer it on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: serve hot with the fried garlic.
6: enjoy.
