To Make The Masala:
1: roasted peanuts 3 tbsp
2: almonds 8 to 10
3: green chilli 4
4: tomatoes 3 large
5: yogurt 1 cup
6: mint leaves 2 tbsp
7: coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
1: oil 1/2 cup (heaped)
2: black peppercorn 1 tsp
3: cloves 10
4: cinnamon stick 1 piece
5: black cardamom 3
6: onions 3 large (grind)
7: ginger & garlic paste 3 tbsp
8: mutton 1kg
9: garam masala powder 1 tsp
10: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
11: kashmeri red chilli 1 tsp
12: cumin powder 2 tsp
13: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp
14: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
15: black pepper powder 1 tsp
16: turmeric 1 tsp
17: coriander leaves handful

1: in a blender jug add all ingredients under masala, grind to a smooth paste.
2: heat oil add black peppercorn, cloves, cinnamon sticks, black cardamom, onions fry on high flame till the onions get golden.
3: add ginger & garlic paste and fry for 4 minutes.
4: then add the meat and fry with the onions till the meat changes colour on high flame.
5: now add garam masala powder, red chilli powder, kashmeri chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, black pepper, turmeric mix well and cook on high flame for 8 minutes.
6: then add the masala which was grinded mix add water 1 & 1/2 glass mix over and cook on low to medium till the meat is tender and oil seperates.
7: add corainder leaves, green chilli and cook on high flame for 7 minutes.
8: serve hot with rice, roti, naan, paratha.
