1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 16 pieces)
2: thick greek yogurt 1 cup
3: onions 2 large onions (finely chopped)
4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
5: garam masala powder 1 tsp
6: bay leaves 2
7: black peppercorn 8
8: green cardamom 5
9: cinnamon stick 1 pieces
10: cloves 5
11: salt 1 tsp
12: red chilli powder 1 tsp
13: turmeric 1/2 tsp
14: nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
15: fresh mint 5 tbsp
16: oil 1/2 cup
1: marinate chicken with, yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt mix well, cover and leave it for 1 hour.
2: heat oil add, bay leaves, green cardamom, black pepper corn, cloves, cinnamon stick, onions, ginger & garlic paste mix and fry till gets golden, on high flame.
3: now add the marinated chicken and cook on high flame till gets white, then add water 1 cup nutmeg powder mix, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on surface and chicken is cooked.
4: then add the mint mix well.
5: when serving add the garam masala powder.
6: serve hot with naan.
