Ingerdients:
1: masoor daal 1 cup (soaked in water 1/2 hour)
2: mung daal 1/2 cup (soaked in water 1/2 hour)
3: onion 1 large (finely sliced)
4: tomato 1 large (chopped)
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
6: turmeric 1/2 tsp
7: salt 1 tsp
8: cumin seeds 1 tsp
9: green chilli 3 (chopped)
10:dry red chilli 3
11:garlic 4 (sliced)
12:water 4 to 5 large glass
13: oil 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1: in a pot add the lentils, powder spices, tomato, onion, water cook on high flame till it starts to boil.
2: when starts to boil then cook covered on low to medium for 20 minutes or till the daal thickens.
3: heat oil add the garlic, cumin seeds, green chilli, dry red chilli fry for a second.
4: add the hot oil mixture to the daal, mix well and cook on high flame for two minutes.
5: serve hot with rice, roti.
