Ingerdients:
1: PUFF ROLL SHEETS 320g
2: 1 EGG.
3: ATTA (WHEAT FLOUR) SOME.
4: BAKING TRAY & BAKING SHEET.
5: SOME OIL TO APPLY ON BAKING SHEETS.
Recipe:
1: dust the working surface with flour.
2: beat the egg and keep aside.
3: open the packing of the puff pastry and place the pastry on the dusted surface, and cut it in a triangle shape.
4: now roll it and pinch the side.
5: place them on the baking tray and brush them with the beaten egg, and bake it for first 10 minutes in a preheated oven 200c, gas mark 6, 400f.
6: then after 10 minutes lower the oven to 375f, gas mark 5, 190c and bake for further 12 to 15 minutes.
7: once baked serve hot or cold
