Ingerdients:
1: ONION, 1 MEDIUM THINLY SLICED.
2: CORN OR RICE , STARCH OR FLOUR, 1 Tsp.(or as required)
Recipe:
1: cut the onion very fine.
2: with your hands mix the cut onion to separate the layers.
3: in a sifter add a hand full of onion and add the cornflour and mix well.
4: add the onions straight away after add the cornflour (if left the onion will leave water and you will not have crispy onions) the oil should be medium hot, as it needs to fry inside out, to get crispy.
5: the flame needs to be low to medium fry till golden and crisp.
6: once fried spread them on the paper towel so that the extra oil is drained, let them cool and then can be used as required.
Note: do not get tempted to brown it to much because as it cools down it tends to get more dark, that will give you a bitter taste.
