1: oinon 1 medium
2: garlic 12 cloves
3: green chili 4
4: chicken 1 kg
5: black pepper powder 1 tsp
6: red chili powder 1 tsp
7: crushed red chili 2 tsp
8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: oregano 1 tsp
10: parsely 1 tsp
11: egg 1
12: cornflour 1 tsp (heaped)
13: plain flour 2 tbsp (heaped)
14: orange food colour 1/2 tsp
16: oil for deep frying
1: grind onion, garlic, green chili with a little oil to a paste.
2: put cuts on the chicken pieces.
3: now add black pepper, red chili, crushed red chili, salt, oregano, parsely, egg, corn flour, plain flour, baking soda mix well and marinate it for 2 hours.
4: add food colour mix.
5: heat oil well.
6: add the chicken pieces and fry on high flame for a few minutes and then cook on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes till the chicken is cooked well and is crisp and golden, place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
7: serve hot with onion rings, mint chutney, roti.
