1: boneless chicken 1/2 kg (cut in strips)
2: vinegar 1 tsp
3: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
4: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
5: salt 1 tsp
6: garlic 1 tsp
7: egg yolk 1
Batter:
1: plain flour 2 tbsp (heaped)
2: cornflour 1 tbsp (heaped)
3: rice flour 2 tbsp (heaped)
4: semolina 2 tbsp (heaped)
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: red chli powder 1 tsp
7: egg white 1
8: water little
Other Ingredients:
1: oil for frying
1: in a bowl add chicken, vinegar, crushed red chilli, crushed black pepper, salt, garlic, egg yolk mix well and leave it for 30 minutes.
2: to make batter add all ingredients under batter mix well.
3: heat oil.
4: dip the chicken in the batter and place it in the hot oil and fry on low to medium flame till gets golden and crisp, place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: serve hot with fries, cold drinks, ketchup.
