Ingerdients:

 

 

 1: JELLY, 2 DIFFERENT COLOURS.

 2: COCKTAIL FRUIT, 1, CAN, 500 gram. (juice discard).

 

 3: CHICKPEAS, 1 CAN, 379g. (discard water).

 

 4: PINEAPPLE, 1 CAN, 432g. (diced).

 

 5: 3, LARGE BANANAS.

 

 6: 2, APPLES.

 

 7: FRESH CREAM, 600ml.

 

 8: CHAAT MASALA, 1Tsp.

 

 9: 10 to 15, ALMONDS FOR GARNISHING.

 

 10: sugar 3 tbs (heaped)

Recipe:

 

 

 1: cut the apples, bananas and slice the almonds.

 2: prepare the jelly once set firm cut in cubes.

  

 3: in a bowl add the mix fruit, chick peas, pineapple bits, bananas, apples, mix well.

 

 4: then add the cream, chaat masala sugar mix it well then almonds (leave a few for garnishing).

 

 5: to serve get a large bowl and add half of the chat then add the cut jelly on the side of the bowl, then add the rest of  the chat and garnish it with the remaining jelly and almonds , keep in fridge and serve cold.
