Recipe:
1: preheat the oven to gas mark 6, 400f, 200c.
2: take the foil and wrap it around the icecream cones and keep aside.
3: cut the puff pastry it to strips and wrap it around the mold of the cone and foil, about to strips should do, wrap from the top going down and the next strip close to the one where it ended.
4: beat the egg, and brush it on the puff pastry.
5: sprinkle the sugar on the puff pastry.
6: stand the cones on a baking tray and bake them till light golden colour or 15 minutes.
7: once baked leave it to cool, then remove the cones.
8: in a bowl add the cream, icing sugar and vanilla essence beat till gets really thick.
9: pipe the cream in the baked cones.
