1: fresh mushrooms 400g (chopped)
2: cream 1 cup
3: chicken cubes 3( mixed with 3 cups hot water)
4: onion 1 small (finely chopped)
5: plain flour 3 tbsp
6: garlic 3 cloves (crushed)
7: salt 1/2 tsp
8: unsalted butter 50g
9: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
1: melt butter add onions, garlic, mushrooms and cook till the onions get soft, on medium flame.
2: now add salt, black pepper, plain flour mix and cook it for 1 minute.
3: add the chicken stock and cook till the soup thicken, on medium flame.
4: then add the cream mix well and cook on medium to high flame till it thickens.
5: serve hot with bread.
