Ingerdients:
Cake:
1: 3 Cups plain flour
2: 6 Tbsp. cocoa (unsweetened)
3: 2 Cup sugar
4: 2 tsp. baking soda
5: 1/2 tsp. salt
6: 2 tsp white vinegar
7: 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
8:10 Tbsp. vegetable oil
9: 2 Cup water
Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting:
1: 200g semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
2: 4 Tbs Creamy Peanut Butter
3: 2&1/2 Tbs softened butter
Recipe:
1: preheat the oven 350f, 180c, gas mark 4.
2: grease the pan.(9 by 13)
3: in a bowl sieve plain flour, coco powder, baking soda, sugar, salt and mix it so that every thing is mixed well.
4: now add the vinegar, vanilla, vegetable oil, water and mix till gets smooth.
5: place the mixture in the greased pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes (OR TILL THE TOOTH PICK COMES OUT CLEAN WHEN TESTED IN THE CAKE).
6: once baked leave it to cool.
Frosting Recipe:
1: Place your chocolate, peanut butter and butter in the bowl and then put the bowl on top of the simmering pot of hot water. Let it melt. Stir until nice and smooth.
2: now pour it over when it's a bit liquid still and it should set up nicely on the cake itself, (or you can wait until it is thicker and spread it on with a knife).
