Ingerdients:
1: SELF RAISING FLOUR, 2 1/2, CUPS.
2: CASTER SUGER, 1 1/2, CUPS.
3: BAKING POWDER, 2 Tsp.
4: SALT, 1/2, Tsp
5: BUTTER (melted), 125 grm.
6: MILK, 175ml.
7: 2 EGGS.
8: VANILLA ESSENCE, 2 Tbsp.
9: CHOCOLATE (different colours), 200 grm.
Recipe:
1: in a bowl sift sugar, flour, baking powder, salt mix and keep aside.
2: add milk, butter, vanilla essence, eggs mix very well.
3: now add the milk mixture to the dry mixture, and very well mix it so that they are no lumps, then add the chocolate pieces cut them in 1/2 inch and mix well.
4: preheat the oven 200c, gas mark 6, 400f.
5: prepare the muffin tin with paper liners and and spoon in the batter and top it with a few pieces of chocolate.
6: place the tray for baking should take 15 to 20 minutes or till the tooth pick comes out clean and is well risen and golden.
7: serve hot or cold, enjoy
