Chocolate Covered Dates

This recipe is about Chocolate Covered Dates || Dates Recipe for Iftar || Iftar Recipes in Urdu - Hindi

1: dater 500g (remove the seeds)

2: roasted peanuts 1/2 cup (crushed)

3: peanut butter 1 cup (or) as much required (any nuts you like)

4: milk chocolate 1 cup (or as much required to cover the dates)

5: coconut oil 1/4 tsp

1: cut the dates and remove the seeds.

2: fill the dates with peanut butter and crushed peanuts.

3: place the filled dates in the freezer for 12 to 15 minutes.

4: melt the chocolate, coconut oil in a microwave or a double boiler as shown in the video.

5: coat the filled dates with melted chocolate, sprinkle a little peanuts and keep in the freezer till the chocolates sets.

6: then keep in zip lock bags in the fridge or freeze to store.

7: enjoy
