1: boiled chicken 2&1/2 cups
2: onions 1 large (chopped)
3: garlic 4 cloves (chopped)
4: salt 1ts
5: black pepper 1/2 tsp
6: fresh coriander 2 tbs
7: flour 3 tbs
8: egg 1
9: bread crumbs (for coating)
White Sauce:
1: flour 1/2 cup
2: butter 45g
3: milk 1 cup
4: salt 1/2 tsp
5: black pepper 1/4 tsp
Sauce
1: melt butter add flour and sauté on low flame till aroma of flour comes, then add salt, pepper mix well add milk keep stirring till thick, then remove the pan aside to cool.
Chicken:
1: heat oil 1 tbs add onions, garlic cook till onions get transparent, then add boiled chicken, flour, salt, pepper mix well.
2: mix white sauce, coriander with the chicken and leave to chill for 1/2 hour.
3: then shape the cutlets dip in egg, bread crumbs and fry.
4: serve hot.
