Chicken Marination:
1: boneless chicken 700g (cut in cubes)
2: salt 1/2 tsp
3: chaat masala powder 1 tsp (leveled)
4: cumin seeds 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp (levelled)
6: tikka masala powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp (homemade)
7: ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
8: egg 1
9: yogurt 2 tbsp
For Coating:
1: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
2: dry bread crumbs 1 cup (heaped)
3: plain flour 2 tbsp
4: milk 1 & 1/4 cup
Other:
1: oil for frying
2: buns
3: mayonnaise
4: lettuce
5: cheese slices
6: sweet chilli sauce
1: in a bowl add all in ingredients under marination, mix well with chicken and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: then add fresh coriander, bread crumbs, plain flour, milk mix well to coat the chicken pieces.
3: heat oil.
4: pick each piece of chicken and add it the hot oil, do not touch for a few minutes and then change sides as the coating will get settled and fry on medium flame till the chicken is cooked and coating nice golden and crisp, keep on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: warm the buns, spread mayonnaise, lettuce, cheese slices, chicken pop corn, sweet chilli sauce.
6: serve hot with fries and cold drinks.
