1: chicken breast 1 large (cut in very small pieces)
2: lemon juice 2 tbsp
3: chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp (i used laziza brand)
4: oil 2 tbsp
5: potato 2 large (peeled, boiled & mashed)
6: Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (grated)
7: plain flour 2 tbsp
8: bell pepper 1 small (finely chopped)
9: sweet corn 1/2 cup (i used canned)
10: red chilli powder 1 tsp
11: bullet green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
12: egg 1
13: salt 1/2 tsp
14: bread 8 slice (cut it in 4 pieces)
15: fresh coriander 2 tbsp
16: sesame seeds 3 tbsp
1: mix chicken, lemon juice, tikka masala.
2: heat oil and ads the chicken and cook till done, on medium flame, leave to cool.
3: in a bowl add the mashed potatoes, fresh coriander, cheese, bell pepper, sweet corn, green chilli, red chilli, salt, egg, plain flour, chicken mix well.
4: heat oil.
5: spread the mixture on the bread sprinkle sesame seeds.
6: place the bread in the frying pan, facing the filling down wards once golden flip and fry the other side till golden, keep on the paper towel the remove extra oil.
7: serve hot with ketchup.
