For Making The Filling:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in strips)
2: tikka masala powder 2 & 1/2 tbsp
3: yogurt 8 tbsp
4: onion 1 medium (sliced)
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
6: lemon juice 2 tbsp
7: salt 1/4 tsp
8: coal to smoke the chicken
9: oil 2 tbsp
For Making The Green Chutney:
1: fresh coriander 1 & 1/2 cup
2: fresh mint 1/2 cup
3: salt 1 tsp
4: sugar 1 tbsp
5: onion 1 small
6: green chilli 5
7: lemon juice 4 tbsp
For Making Burgers:
1: buns or bread slices
2: cucumber
3: lettuce
4: green chutney
1: marinate the chicken with all the ingredients under filling, mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: to make green chutney: add all ingredients under chutney in a grinder and grind till smooth.
3: heat oil and add the chicken, cook on medium flame till the chicken is tender.
4: then add onions and cook further till the onions get a little soft.
5: heat coal.
6: smoke the chicken as shown in the video.
7: warm the buns with little oil.
8: take buns and spread the chutney, then lettuce, top it with chicken, cucumber, top it will more chutney and bun on top.
9: serve hot with fries and cold drinks.
