1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: onions 1 large (finely chopped)
3: ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
4: chicken tikka masala 2 tbs( heeped)
5: garam masala powder 1ts
6: crushed black pepper 1ts
7: salt 1/2ts
8: bullit green chilli 4 (sliced)
9: eggs 3
10: butter 50g
11: chedder cheese 1&1/2 cup
12: sweet corn 1&1/2 cup
13: rice 3 cup
14: food color 1/4ts (any color you like)
15: salt 1tbs
16: cake tin 9inch (greased)
17: fresh coriander 2tbs
Preheat Oven 180c, 350f, gas mark 4.
1: boil rice with salt 1tbs, drain & divide in two bowls add the color mix well and add sweet corn mix and keep aside.
2: in a pan heat oil 3tbs add onions, ginger & garlic paste and cook till gets light golden on high flame.
3: now add chicken mince, black pepper, garam masala powder, chicken tikka masala, salt mix well and cook on medium flame till the mince is cooked.
4: once the mince is cooked close the flame and add 1 egg beat it mix and keep aside(helps for binding).
5: in a pan melt butter 25g add the boiled rice when gets warm on high flame close the flame, beat 1 egg and mix it in the rice and keep aside(helps for binding), and repeat for the other batch of rice as well.
6: grease the cake tin add the rice in it and press it down firmly, add the mince press down firmly, cheese, green chilli, second color and press down firmly, mince press down firmly, cheese, fresh coriander 2tbs, green chilli cover with fol and bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
7: once baked use a butter knife to release the sides.
8: serve hot and enjoy.
