1: in a pan add chicken, water, salt, chaat masala, red chilli, cumin seeds mix, cook on medium to high flame till the water dries, then leave it to cool.
2: in a bowl sieve gram flour, baking powder, then add crushed red chilli, salt, dry fenugreek leaves, water mix well.
3: heat oil for frying.
4: add the cooked chicken pieces in the batter, coating it well add to the hot oil and fry till golden, on medium to high.
5: once fried place it on paper towel.
6: serve hot with mint chutney.
