For Making The Dough:
1: plain flour 3 cups
2: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: clarified butter 2 tbsp
4: egg 1
5: water 1 & 1/2 cup (or as much required)
6: oil 3 tbsp
For Chicken Filling:
1: oil 2 tbsp
2: onions 2 medium (chopped)
3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
4: chicken mince 600g
5: green chilli 4 (copped)
6: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
7: turmeric 1/2 tsp
8: salt 1/2 tsp
9: crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
10: red chilli powder 1 tsp
11: water 1/2 cup
12: eggs 6
13: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
14: salt 1/2 tsp
15: tomato 1 (deseeded & chopped)
16: spring onion 1 cup (chopped)
17: corainder 1/2 cup
1: a bowl add flour, salt, butter, egg, water mix and knead for 7 minutes to make the dough, spread a little oil, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2: in a frying pan heat oil add onions and fry till gets soft on high flame.
3: add ginger & garlic paste, mince and fry till the chicken changes colour, on high flame.
4: now add green chilli, cumin, turmeric, salt, crushed red chilli, red chilli powder, water mix, cover and cook on medium flame till the water dries, then keep aside to cool.
5: in a bowl add eggs, black pepper, salt, tomato, spring onions, coriander beat and add the cooked chicken mince, mix well.
6: knead the dough again, make small balls.
7: grease the work surface with oil and roll the dough as thin as possible.
8: add the filling, fold the sides.
9: grease the frying pan place the stuffed dough on it and cook on low to medium flame on both sides till you can feel the egg mixture is firm, keep brushing the sides and all around.
10: serve hot with Ketchup, and Cold Drinks.
