1: plain flour 3 cups
2: chicken mince 400g
3: garlic 2 tsp (crushed)
4: onions 1 cup (chopped)
5: coriander leaves 1 cup (chopped)
6: soya sauce 1 tbsp
7: salt 1/2 tsp
8: oil 4 tbsp
9: black pepper 1 tsp
1: In bowl, add the all purpose flour, salt and oil 2 tbsp and mix well, add water (little at a time) to knead the dough, Keep kneading until you get a semi stiff dough, cover it with a cloth and keep it aside.
2: In a another bowl add chicken mince, onions, garlics, coriander leaves, soya sauce, salt and oil 2 tbsp, mix well.
3: Take a small portion of the dough and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a small disc, While rolling make sure that it is thin.
4: Place the stuffing at the centre and press the edges, fold the edges towards the centre as shown in the video.
5: Boil enough water in a handi on high flame, grease the tray, place the momos on it, place the tray on the hot water handi, cover and steam for 10 to 12 minutes on low flame.
6: serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
NOTE: the Momos should not be stick when you touch it, this means they are cooked well.
