1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in cubes)
2: thick greek yogurt 1 cup
3: bihari masala powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp
4: papaya paste 1 tsp
5: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
6: red chilli powder 1 tsp
7: gram flour 2 tbsp
8: lemon juice 2 tbsp
9: cumin powder 1 tsp
10: fresh ginger crushed 2 tbsp
11: salt 1/2 tsp
12: fresh mint 1/2 cup
13: green chilli 3
14: oil 1/2 cup
15: coal 1 (optional)
1: in a bowl add all ingredients mix well, leave for 30 minutes (except oil and green chilli).
2: heat oil add the marinated chicken and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame, till the chicken is tender and oil comes on surface.
3: heat the coal and smoke the chicken.
4: add green chilli & mix.
5: serve hot with roti, naan, paratha.
