Ingerdients:
FOR KOFTA:
1: chicken mince 1/2kg
2: 1 medium onion(crushed)
3: green chilli 1 tbs
4: bread slice 1(crumbled)
5: yogurt 1tbs
6: egg 1
7: corn flour 1tbs
8: poppy seeds 1 tsp
9: gram flour 1 tsp(dry roasted)
10:garam masala 1 tsp
11:red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
12:salt 1/2 tsp
CURRY:
1: coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
2: red chilli powder 1 tsp
3: ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
4: salt 1 tsp
5: cumin powder 1 tsp
6: turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
7: yogurt 1cup
8: oil 1/2 cup
9: 3tbs fried onions
10:kewra water 1 tsp
Recipe:
1: grind the onions, green chilli and poppy seeds.
2: in a bowl add the mince, the grinned paste, gram flour, yogurt, bread slice, egg, corn flour, gram masala, red chilli, salt mix well and make the koftas and keep aside.
3: heat oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic paste, water 1/4 cup mix well.
4: now add the salt, coriander powder, red chilli, cumin powder, turmeric, yogurt mix well and then add the fried onions, on low to medium flame.
5: then add the koftas and cook on low to medium flame till the koftas are cook and get firm, then add the water 1 cup wait for a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
6: garnish it with fresh coriander and gram masala and serve hot.
