To Make Koftas:
1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: salt 1 tsp
3: garam masala powder 1 tsp
4: red chilli powder 1 tsp
5: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
6: green chilli 8 (grind)
7: bread 3 slices (soaked in milk or water)
8: cornflour 2 tbsp
9: egg 1
10: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
For Making Curry:
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: onions 2 large (grind)
3: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
4: tomatoes 5 (gind)
5: almonds 15 (grind)
6: red chilli powder 2 tsp
7: cumin seeds 3 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
8: coriander seeds 1 & 1/2 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
9: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
10: garam masala powder 1 tsp
11: green chilli 7 (cut in half)
12: dry fenugreek leaves 1 & 1/2 tbsp
1: in a chopper add all ingredients under kofta and grind will.
2: grease your palms and make kofta.
3: heat oil and fry the kofta till gets golden on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes, remove and keep them on paper towel.
4: heat oil add onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till gets golden on high flame.
5: now add tomatoes, almonds, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, salt, garam masala, mix add water 1/2 cup and mix, cover and cook on low flame till the oil comes on the surface.
6: add green chilli, fried kofta mix well and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
7: add dry fenugreek leaves mix.
8: serve hot with Roti, Paratha, Naan, Rice.
