1: chicken breast 3 medium
2: chaat masala 1/2 tsp
3: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted and crushed)
4: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
5: crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
6: salt 1 tsp
7: garlic paste 1 tsp
8: tomato 1 medium (deseed & finely chopped)
9: bell pepper 1 small (deseed & finely chopped)
10:onion 1 small (finely chopped)
11:green chilli 2 (finely chopped)
12:tomato paste 1 cup
13:jalfrezi masala 1 tbs (ready made)
14:water 1&1/2 cup
15:fresh coriander hand full
Paratha:
1: wheat flour or plain flour 4 cups (or half & half)
2: ghee 3 tbs
3: salt 1 tsp
4: sugar 1 tbs
5: warm water as much required to make dough
1: in a pan add chicken, water, garlic, chaat masala, cumin, garam masala, crushed red chilli, salt mix wait for a boil on high flame then low to medium and cook till the water dries and chicken is cooked.
2: then cool the chicken and shred the chicken add the vegetables, jalfrezi masala, fresh coriander mix well.
3: make the dough with the flour, salt, sugar, ghee and water, cover and keep in the fridge to 1 to 2 hours.
4: now make balls as big as you like with the dough, flat the sides of the dough, dust the surface and roll the dough round, add a 1 tbs of tomato paste add the filling & give a cut half way and roll the dough like a cone, press down on the stuffed dough and dust the surface and roll it.
5: heat the frying pan and fry the paratha with ghee on both sides till golden.
6: serve hot.
