Ingerdients:
1: Chicken 2kg (12 pieces)
2: Onions 6 large
3: Oil/Ghee 1 cup
4: Ginger 6 inch long piece (cut in to Julian/thin pieces)
5: Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
6: Black pepper powder 1tsp
7: Red chilli powder 1tsp
8: Salt 1/2 tsp
9: Tomatoes 5 medium sized chopped
10: Green chillies 12 to 15 cut in to half an inch pieces.
11: Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
Recipe:
1: Add oil/ghee in the pan, add onions and ginger cook till transparent and soft. Add the chicken pieces and fry till it turns white. Cook on high flame.
2: Once white, add the tomatoes, green chillies, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and black pepper powder. Mix well. Add 1 glass of water. Cover and cook on medium flame till water dries and oil comes to the surface. Add fresh coriander for garnishing. Serve hot.
