1: potatoes 1 large (shredded & soaked in water)
2: chicken breast 1/2 kg
3: rice flour 1 cup
4: egg 1
5: garlic powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
7: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
For Coating:
1: dry bread crumbs 2 cup or as much required
2: oil for frying
1: in a chopped add potatoes, chicken, garlic powder, crushed red chilli, salt, black pepper, rice flour, egg and make it in a paste (if it gets to thin add bread crumbs or rice flour will help).
2: grease your palms lightly and make the fries shape.
3: roll in bread crumbs. (AT THIS POINT YOU CAN FREEZE THEM AND USE WHEN REQUIRED)
4: heat oil and fry till golden on low to medium flame, once fried keep on paper towel to drain extra oil.
5: serve hot with ketchup or sweet chilli sauce.
