1: chicken mince 1 & 1/2 kg (not to fine)
2: onion 1 large (finely chopped)
3: green chilli 5 (finely chopped)
4: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
5: vinegar 3 tbsp
6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: white pepper 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
10: cumin powder 2 tsp
11: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
12: cornflour 6 tsp
13: plain flour 6 tsp
14: egg 1
15: baking soda 1/2 tsp
1: in a bowl add all ingredients mix and leave it for 20 to 25 minutes.
2: wet your palms and make balls with the chicken mixture and then place a stick in the middle as shown in the video.
3: heat oil add the chicken drum sticks and fry till gets golden on low to medium flame, place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
4: serve hot with sweet chilli sauce and enjoy :)
NOTE:
1 : you can freeze them by frying for 10 minutes and leave to cool, place in air tight box and freeze it.
2 : to serve heat and fry it again further 12 minutes on low to medium flame.
