1: oil 2 tbsp
2: onion 1 medium (sliced)
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp
4: green chilli 3 (chopped)
5: boneless chicken 500g (cut in small pieces)
6: salt 1/2 tsp
7: black pepper 1/2 tsp
8: coriander powder 1/2 tsp
9: cumin powder 1/2 tsp
10: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
11: cream cheese 300g
12: bread slices
1: heat oil add onion and cook on high flame till gets soft.
2: then add ginger & garlic paste, green chilli fry on medium flame for a minute.
3: add chicken and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
4: now add salt, black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder mix cover and cook on low to medium flame (can add water if chicken does not get tender).
5: leave the mixture to cool.
6: add cream cheese, fresh coriander mix well.
7: i added 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper more as i tasted it.
8: spread the mixture on fresh bread.
9: serve and enjoy.
NOTE: Can store in the fridge in air tight container.
