1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: onions 2 medium (grind)
3: green chilli 8 (grind)
4: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
6: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
7: garam masala powder 1 tsp
8: fresh coriander handful
9: bread slices 8 (grind)
For Filling:
1: Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, triangle cheese
2: oil for frying
1: in a bowl add all ingredients with chicken mince and mix well, cover and leave it for 20 minutes.
2: grease hands and take the mince flatten it add the cheese, cover and make kabab shape.
3: heat oil and add the kababs, fry for 4 minutes on medium flame, till golden, once cooked place on paper towel.
4: serve hot and enjoy.
NOTE: can freeze it for a month or 2.
