For Kebab:
1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: dry bread crumbs 1 cup
3: cumin seeds roasted and crushed 1 tbs
4: coriander powder 1 tbs
5: salt 1 ts
6: seekh kabab ready made masala 4 tbs
7: green chilli 9 (grind to a paste)
8: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbs
9: oil for frying
For Filling:
1: cheddar cheese 1&1/2 cup (grated)
2: mayonnaise 3 tbs
3: baking paper
4: egg 1 (for sealing)
1: marinate mince with, kabab masala, coriander powder, cumin, salt, green chilli paste, ginger & garlic paste, bread crumbs mix well cover and leave it for 1/2 hour.
2: mix well cheese, mayonnaise keep aside.
3: grease your palms take the chicken mince flatten it add the filling seal well and make kabab shapes.
4: place the kabab on the baking paper roll it tightly like spring roll, seal the edges with the beaten egg.(can freeze them at this stage).
5: heat oil.
6: shallow fry on low to medium for 6 to 7 minutes.
7: serve hot.
