For Filling:
1: potatoes 2 medium (boiled & mashed)
2: chicken boneless 1 cup (boiled & shredded)
3: carrot 1 medium (grated & squeezed)
4: green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
5: sweet corn 3 tbsp
6: spring onion 1 (finely sliced)
7: salt 1 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
9: cumin seeds 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
10: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
11: mozzarella cheese as much required (grated)
12: bread slices and many required
For Batter:
1: gram flour 2 cups
2: red chilli powder 1 tsp
3: salt 1 tsp
4: turmeric 1/4 tsp
5: carom seeds 1/2 tsp
6: baking soda 1/4 tsp
7: water as much required to make medium batter
For Deep Frying:
1: oil
1: to make filling add all ingredients under filling mix well.
2: add the filling on the slices, cover with other slice and press down firmly, cut it.
3: heat oil.
4: to make the batter add all ingredients under batter, mix well.
5: dip the stuffed bread, deep fry till golden, place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
6: serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
