For Filling:
1: oil 2 tbsp
2: boneless chicken 400g (boiled & shredded)
3: bell-pepper 1 medium (finely chopped)
4: salt 1 tsp
5: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
6: oregano 1/2 tsp
7: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
8: hot sauce 1 tsp
9: vinegar 1 & 1/2 tsp
10: dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
11: mayonnaise 4 tbsp
12: mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup
Other Ingredients:
1: fresh bread slices
2: eggs
3: dry bread crumbs
4: oil for frying
1: heat oil in a frying pan add all ingredients under filling (except mayonnaise & mozzarella cheese) mix well and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame, add the mayonnaise mix well and leave aside to cool.
2: now add mozzarella cheese mix well.
3: cut the sides of the bread slices and roll it flat.
4: add the filling roll and seal the sides as shown in the video.
5: beat the eggs.
6: dip in egg, roll in dry bread crumbs (at this stage you can freeze them in zip lock bags for 1 month).
7: heat oil.
8: fry the rolls till gets golden and crisp on high flame, place them on paper towel to remove extra oil.
9: serve hot with ketchup, sweet chilli sauce or any sauce of your choice.
